1. Rental Requirements
The renter must present valid documents at pickup:
- A valid driving license (issued at least 1 year ago). International driving licenses are accepted.
- A valid identity document (passport or national ID card).
- A financial credit card (not prepaid) for the required security deposit.
- Minimum age: 21 years (25 years for luxury category vehicles).
2. Security Deposit
A security deposit is pre-authorized on the credit card at pickup as follows:

3. Fuel Policy
"Full to Full" Policy
The vehicle is delivered with a full fuel tank and must be returned at the same level. If returned with less fuel, the renter will be charged market price plus a €25 service fee.
4. Damage & Theft Deductibles
All vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance. The renter remains liable for the deductible (excess) in the event of an accident or theft:

* The excess can be reduced to zero by adding the optional "Super Cover" package.
5. Standard Damage Charges (indicative)

6. Traffic Fines & Administrative Sanctions
The renter is fully responsible for all traffic violations and administrative sanctions incurred during the rental period. In case a fine is issued in the company's name, XAutomobility reserves the right to:
- Forward the renter's details to the relevant authorities.
- Deduct the full fine amount from the security deposit, plus a €30 administrative handling fee.
7. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation 72h+ before pickup: full refund.
• Cancellation 24–72h before pickup: 50% refund.
• Cancellation less than 24h before pickup: no refund.
